By accessing this website or enrolling in services with Legacy Credit Builders (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Credit repair results vary. We do not guarantee specific score increases, deletions, or outcomes. Results depend on individual credit history and creditor reporting practices.

You have the right to:

• Cancel services within 3 business days of enrollment without charge
   
• Receive services only after work is performed
   
• Receive disclosures as required under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)
   

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
   
• Maintain access to your credit reports
   
• Respond promptly to requests for documentation
   

Fees are disclosed prior to enrollment. No fees are charged before services are performed, in compliance with CROA.

Legacy Credit Builders is not responsible for:

• Actions or decisions of credit bureaus or creditors
   
• Inaccurate information provided by third parties
   
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   

Our services are educational and administrative. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
